Turn your passion into a fulfilling career!  Established in 1964 as Northwestern Beauty Academy and later named Woodward Beauty College, and  under the current ownership was established in 2019 as Formations Institute of Cosmetology & Barbering.  The  Esthetics program was established in 2021 and the school officially  changed it's name to Formations Institute. The school  originally received accreditation in 1987 through The National Accrediting Commission of Cosmetology Arts & Sciences (NACCAS). The new Owners, Rick and Linda Freeman both grew up in Woodward. Linda attended Woodward Beauty College for Cosmetology in 2003 and has since completed her Barber and  Master Instructor courses.  With Linda's years of dedicated experience combined with  a  passionate, driven, motivated spirit, she and her team will educate and train you so that you too can excel in this field!
